Course Information

GSPIA's Office of Student Services will assist full-time and part-time students with enrolling in courses. The average course load is 12 credits per term. Full-time classification requires between 9 and 15 credits in the fall or spring term. Students who register for fewer than 9 credits per term are considered part-time and will be billed on a per credit basis. Students may only register for more than 15 credits per term with written permission from the Dean. Graduate students who register for more than 15 credits will be billed for each additional credit that exceeds their full-time tuition rate.

Current students can view the official course schedule, and register for classes, by logging in to with your University of Pittsburgh username and password.
